Across the Fellowship we value the strength of community and identification. We have a sense of pride in who we are and what we do. For this purpose, we ask that all pupils wear school uniform unless they are in the 6th form where they should wear smart dress (as if they are working in an office or other similar environment).
It is essential that all items of clothing are clearly marked with the pupil’s name.
No jeans or hoodies to be worn to school.
Stud earring are permitted in school but no other jewellery is to be worn.
GANF school uniform is supplied by
Mapac.
The dress code is:
Black closed shoes or all black trainers – no white/colour designs and/or logos
Grey/black school trousers/skirts or shorts
Grey/black skirt or elasticated cotton jogging trousers
GANF polo shirt or plain navy polo shirt
GANF sweatshirt/cardigan or plain navy sweatshirt/cardigan can be worn
Blue and white gingham dresses can be worn during spring/summer term
GANF fleece (optional)
Blazer (optional)
school bags & coats plain colour or available with GANF logo
PE lessons require suitable footwear, preferably trainers for sport
Dark shorts or tracksuit bottoms
GANF PE t-shirt or plain white polo shirt
Swimming lessons require a navy/dark costume or trunks, not shorts, and towel to be sent into school.
Parents/carers are asked to consider carefully the fastenings that are on each item of clothing. We want to encourage all pupils to be as independent as possible, and elastic waistbands, slip over sweaters and velcro fastenings can make life so much easier for everyone.
Hair colouring – natural hair colours only.
We would like to thank parents/carers for their co-operation in this matter.
Donations of pre-loved unform are welcomed into school. If you wish to purchase an item of pre-loved uniform, please contact the school directly.
